If you could pick any particular sport to excel in or just play, what would it be and why?

I think the starting quarterback or the starting linebacker would be great, But they require a lot of work and a lot of pain. You would have no private life, couldn't go to the mall or out to eat without being swarmed by fans.

My three favorite sports and the positions I would like are:

Football: Backup Kicker

Risk of being injured or even playing is 0. You still make the minimum $250,000 even if you never swing your foot.

Baseball: Backup 1st baseman or Designated Hitter

I love playing first base, but would like to only play part time and still make $150,000 or so. That would be cool. Designated Hitter... I saw one the other day that was batting .110% - that is sad. I could do that. Maybe...

Basketball: 10th man

I love hoop and love to play. I can make it up and down the court at least 2 or 3 times without needing a sub. There are a lot of people on teams that never have to play, draw the minimum salary and all they do is practice with the team. That would be awesome

Please don't get me wrong, I have a great respect for pro athletes and appreciate the fact they lay their guts on the line for us each week. They are in great shape and are the best at what they do.

I just started watching Hockey. Here are my thoughts.

Hockey: I would not want to play. Not even as a back up. These are some of the toughest guy in the world. Hockey is a "very" rough sport. The abuse these guys take is incredible and they all play. I would not want to be a reserve, just a fan. Go Stars!!!
